10 Steps To Self Survival

In my work I often come across individuals who use time management as a crutch to avoid life. What I mean is that they are so incredibly focused on the production and management of details that they forgot to include rest, family time quality, building relationships, or even the time to improving health, in their plans.
Life is not strictly on the it is also about being. After all, do not we call ourselves human beings? I strongly urge you to include daily goals of personal importance to his plan, and not only them but to include doing on a consistent and regular basis. If you do not give himself, one day you will feel the pressure of burning and then really have nothing to give to others.
Life is about balance. Balancing work in his life. If you are home at the end of each day have to take a drink for yourself from an incredible day, you're losing the game of life with oneself. You are putting too much of your vital energy. Dr. Melvin Kinder, in his book "Going Nowhere Fast, makes a very important question," Are you working to live or live to work? "There is a huge difference between the two. If you're tired, stressed, lack of energy, depressed, dissatisfied are you living to work. This should trigger or signal from you – it's time to make some serious changes!
When you're living for work, you can drive hard and long hours, and have included the reasons for "why" question you on projects. It included personal priorities his life and feels he has a good balance. Life for you is usually intense with emotion that inspires you to want to do more. Can you see the difference?
If YOU do not include yourself or to identify the reasons for your actions, you will be in survival mode. Always struggling to survive and never enjoy what are doing. This implies a tremendous strain and stress kills brain cells.
Life is not just a job for money, and we are not much money we make. It is also to boost our education, development of family ties and relationships, increase our physical strength to withstand the pressures of our jobs. It's about having time staff and a time to reflect and enjoy the award winning bids.
In the hierarchy of needs Maslow explains each of us must fulfill our basic physiological needs. These include food, shelter and clothing. Once these needs have been met, then demand the need for security, love, belonging and self esteem. Self-esteem is self-actualization. This means that our challenge is to become the best we can be. About and success in achieving our dreams. Sometimes, however, these needs may outweigh the other aspects of our lives. So much so, that may even sabotage our own success!
We are all familiar with stories of how a person who seems to have everything, somehow, of being totally dissatisfied with his life and end up losing everything you worked for including their families, homes and jobs. This happens very often people forget to maintain a balance on their lists.
It's okay to work long hours of hard, but we must also remember to take time to "smell the roses".
Him wish you continued success in your journey through life.
