Will I get lost? Are the exams difficult? Will I keep my friends? etc.

You might get lost. But if you take a tour of the school beforehand and remember that room numbers start with the number of the floor they are on, and follow your schedule, you probably won’t get lost.
Whether or not the exams are hard depends on much you studied. They’re not usually any harder than the ones in middle school, except there is new material that you will have learned prior to the exam.
Some people are able to keep their friends, but some move in new directions and become less close. This may happen to you, it may not. Don’t worry too much about it, and remember that you will be able to meet new friends in high school as well.
You don’t need any more clothes for high school than you did in middle school. Probably 5 or 6 pairs of jeans/pants, maybe a skirt for special days, 7-10 shirts, 1 or 2 hoodies or jackets, 2-3 pairs of shoes (dress shoes, shoes for every day, gym shoes), and some accessories.
