Book Of Stress Survival

I am writing a book for new military seperatees. To finish it, I need a commissioner. What do I do?
My book is a survival guide for new US military separatees. I am an Air Force vet, and I’ve had a hell of a time with my separation. I’m writing a survival guide that is not politically correct and tells the absolute truth about getting out of the service. In order to finish it though, I need a commissioner. Any idea how I go about doing this? Believe me, the more time I waste, the more vets suffer with the stress of separating.
Send a letter to Commisioner Gordon. It’s seems like he must always be busy so I don’t know what he could do for you, but I’m sure he’ll help if he’s able. Hope this helps.
