questions about poor black african american communities?

this is on the book by carol B. stack all our kin and it is a study about the
Strategies for Survival in a Black Community.
In what ways was this study influenced by the fact that Stack is a white female?

Why does Stack take issue with the “culture of poverty” thesis?

Why is Stack critical of the welfare system which the families in The Flats depend upon for survival?

If the swapping system means everyone ends up receiving about as much as they give, how is it an adaptive and beneficial system as Stack claims?

Why does the color of you skin have to do with anything you write??? She must have studied the issues. Why did Lincoln want to free the slave’s,he was white? There a lot of people that are critical of the welfare system, even Blacks! It is a system that has been misused for years and generations of minorities white, black, yellow, brown have got stuck in that system. We need a system that teaches people to get up off their lazy butt and work! Now you will tell me there are no jobs! There are jobs they just don’t pay these people enough money that adds up to all the free help they are getting. Why would the democrat’s ever want to change that, it keeps them in office!
