Budgeting tips to survive on about $200 for food and toiletries for 2 months?

I am attending an out patient program for alcohol addiction that charges a $30 co pay each visit, 12 visits.. and I have $700 in rent/utilitiess ..a couple prescription meds, cell bill…

I need to figure out how to survive on $200 for 2 months for groceries, and neccessaties like soap, shampoo.

Any tips?? I’m eating a lot of ramen noodles, PB&J sandwiches, eggs, off brand cereal. I’m buying off brand beauty products/toiletries.

Any survival tips on such little money??

Beans and rice, rice and beans, lentil tacos, other cheap protien. At hillbillyhousewife.com there’s I think a $40 emergency food list you could go off of.

Otherwise, get toiletries at Dollar Tree and use coupons for everything else.
