You want someone who is a good team player and has the potential to lead others. That means clear that the management of recruitment too "follower" types. Think about jobs and hobbies that a person can have. Perhaps the coach of a sports team, maybe is a leader in a volunteer organization, maybe it is a starter in his church.
But you want more than just particular psychological profile. You want someone who truly believes, and like products or services you are promoting. There will be an effective member of your team if you do not believe in what you are selling. This is where it is useful to get their hands on some legitimate marketing data. What to buy your product demography and service? What demographics repeat buyers of your product / service? If not enough data out there on your exact product, then search comparable information about a competitor. Some of the best prospects are also clients!
