Can a Hunter’s Black Arrow Stack multiple times on the same boss?

Im thinking of the +6% damg buff that goes along with the DoT. If that thing can stack that raid DPS would be crazy. Im thinking bout having all Survival hunter dps group and having everyone using their black arrow. Soo it should look something like this in a 25m Raid: 2 Tanks, 3 epic Healers, and 1 MM hunter for TsA and 19 hunters w/black arrow ( 18×6=108%, which would be like +54% damg, at ALL TIMES, with a CD rotation) If Blizz hasnt picked up on this im expecting to use this strategy soon.

Yes multiple hunters can have black arrow on target at the same time.. Also can stack multiple serpent stings. Coming soon hunters will also be able to stack misdirects on targets as well so tanks will get a lot of aggro on the start of the fight instead of the md from just one hunter. I think its the next patch that I read that was upcoming on.
