Looking for a book from either “The Colbert Report” or “The Daily Show”?

This book was a comedy/parody. I’m pretty sure it was a survival guide about being a fetus/embryo. A dude wrote it. And it was introduced w/ another book (which I also can’t remember). I’m pretty sure it’s from the Daily Show. If you can’t remember the book, give me the author, or the episode. Any lead will help.
