I'm getting a koi fish tattoo?

I'm getting a tattoo of a koi fish on my foot. It's going to my [great] toe next to my ankle with a Little Flower, where my last two toes. This tattoo is for my mother, a breast cancer survivor. I originally thought, with the koi fish, to have a short appointment has to do with strength or survival, but have not found anything short enough to "connect with". I also have very small feet, and I will not be filled completely. I'm not exactly sure what kind of flower I want, I was considering a lily / lily water. If you have any suggestions for flowers or appointments, I appreciate it. Positive feedback only please:) "?" I am also an atheist. My mother is alive has nothing to do with "God or Jesus." She's alive because the doctors helped him, and I'm very grateful. How do I choose to commemorate this experience in my life, is my choice. I was simply asking for suggestions, not a new belief system.

I think a budget is unnecessary, especially since he is working with a small space and large tattoo that it sounds. I would say that a lotus flower meaning that work from the tattoos of lotus is perseverance and growth dirt and mud to bloom into something beautiful.
