Survival At Sea

Anyone know the name of a book about a shipwrecked British couple who survived in the Pacific for 181 days?

Their ship was struck by a harpooned whale near the Panama Canal. They were rescued 181 days later off of the coast of N.Korea. I thought the title was “Survival at Sea.”

I think it’s “117 Days Adrift” by Maurice Bailey…

…Reading both in and about this book tells me the couple, Maurice and his wife, were sailing their yacht in the Pacific (near Panama) and got hit by a ‘wounded whale’ that sunk the yacht, after which they survive about four months in a life raft…

…sound familiar?

If you like, check it out through Amazon by being sure you’re in the Books category up top and putting title and author in the second search box up there.
Click on the book to separate it and “Look Inside” and also scroll on down to read several reader reviews.
