They say the death of a child is the greatest loss. I would say that I think. I lost two. If you are a mother I think I tend to agree. If not you can not vote on this because only a mother can know the pain and grief that comes with the death of his son. Surviving the death of his son and the pain that comes with it is your new lifestyle. I am 50 now and I've been through many deaths and obstacles in my life that seem like Christmas now compared with the loss of my sons Gabriel and Josiah. I would like to help survive the deep pain and grief that comes with losing a child. His son.

It's only been two years since I lost to Gabriel 24 years old and three years since I lost my boy Josiah was 17 years old. Sometimes it feels like yesterday. A large amount of the penalty time is so painful. Us ask "how will I survive?". Does death not stupid knows that we are supposed to die before our children? It makes no sense. Te I hate death. But it scares me. Why? Because Jesus conquered death when He died on the cross for us so we can live forever with our children and loved ones. The Bible says you just have to believe that Jesus is the Son of God, ask Him to forgive your sins and ask him to live in your heart forever. Thus easy. If sin again (not bring sin on purpose silly) you ask him to forgive you again. The Bible tells us the apostle Paul and how I said I had to die every day. He did not mean physically. He meant spiritually. He said he had to ask for forgiveness daily. Did he mean that he committed sins big day? No, he meant that not even ask God for forgiveness if he had injured someone or evil thoughts. He knew that Jesus and died for our sins and that Jesus was in his heart. Is not it great?

You're asking God to help you bear this heavy burden of pain. While his sentence, you're thinking: "God really does not understand this huge hole in my heart." You know what? He does. Lost his only son. He looked at her only son being beaten and nailed to a cross. Jesus died for us and we will live forever with our children. The Bible says this life we now live is a vapor, a puff of smoke compared to eternity. I must ask again, how cool is that?

In the book of Revelation the last book of the Bible describes heaven. I encourage you to read it. When Josiah lost so many people bought me books to help comfort me. But only one book was like a salve for wounds. He helped with the healing of my loss. It was "In Heaven Gates" by Rebecca Springer.

"She clings to the hand of God to keep from going wild, while in his presence comes to know his other hand holding his son "quote from a mom Angel

The book is about a lady I had a vision or dream of heaven, while he was dying. I close my eyes and try to imagine what was going to describe. I wanted to know everything about the place of my children now lived. If your son was a missionary in a foreign country and could not make contact with you while you were there, would get every book they could get in his hands he would say about the place of his son lived. Why? Because it would comfort you and help you feel close to them. Read this book. It takes away from their pain at the moment and helps you see the sky. It's so cool.

Another way that helps us cope with the death of our children is "daily". You can only write your feelings or you can do like I did and write your child a letter and tell them all about how you feel now and how much we miss you. I've had some of my day with tears.

The healing process is very long, but together we can. Do you really believe that there has been no progress and do not think there always will be. But believe me you will someday look back and come to know that you've taken steps forward. The other day I surprised myself when I walked outside and felt the the heat of the sun, saw the spring flowers and said: "What a beautiful day!". I was surprised, then realized he had made progress and ran and told my husband Brad.
