What is it going to take for the US to concentrate on succeeding without worrying about who is offended?

It seems to me that when the US was facing its survival as a Nation through two World Wars and a Depression that no one had the time to worry about who was feeling that they were being subject to unfair treatment by another citizen,or the Government.Granted there were some legitimate claims of racism,but now it seems that there is a group around every corner that wants special treatment.

Succeeding?

The new administration has launched an all out assault on success.

The successful are demonized as evil and oppressive. They couldn’t have possibly got what they have without stealing it from somebody who never had it in the first place.

Success is a dirty word now. People who think this country is great are reminded constantly that the US is not so great and the source of all evil, racism, war and oppression in the world.

They will tell you over and over again that the US is not so good and people like Saddam Hussein are not so bad.

They will call you ignorant for loving your country and stifle your ability to express that love.

Irony….Liberals are the most illiberal people in the country.
