If 100 rich city slickers were to live under harsh conditions in Siberia?

Imagine 100 rich city slickers were suddenly teleported to Siberia With harsh temperatures of minus 40 degrees Celsius and each one of them given a survival pack and some winter clothes. How many would probably survive and will the harsh environment teach them the meaning of solidarity?

City slickers are into ‘survival of the fittest’ so they are rich. Seems doubtful to me that teleporting them as you suggest would indeed “teach them the meaning of solidarity”. Their ‘strategy’ just might turn out to be extreme competitiveness to corner all the available resources. Perhaps just as well that spoilt by soft living, most if not all mayn’t survive the harsh conditions of Siberia.
