You had a loss of income. You were fired or forced to work fewer hours. It feels unfair and mind-blowing. The truth is that this event has already occurred. You are in this situation. Millions of Americans have had that experience. It happened to me too. At this junction, it is very important to be proactive and do the best you can. Many of us, however, can not handle the pressure. We fall into the trap of despair and apathy. I will focus briefly on the pitfalls and make the best suggestions on how to jump behind them. Usually what happens is this:

1. The first reactions of anxiety and concern. Your mind begins to create images of the future that awaits you and your loved ones desperate. You think first about their children. His head will explode and your solar plexus vibrates like a big drum.

Here's the first tip. Recognize where you are. I did the following: Take a sheet of paper and wrote: "I have no savings. I have no money. What should I do first? "I created a very simple plan.
