questions about adolescence: the survival guide for parents and young students?

I have a book that is adolescence: the guide survival for parents and young students. Dorling Kindersley a book written by Elizabeth Fenwick and Dr. Tony Smith published in 1993 that I bought along time ago. and in the book are pictures of students in school life situations. Does anyone know what school these photos were taken? Anabel Worrell said that organized the photographic and also says the school chestnut wood and the Hurlingham and Chelsea school participated in a survey in this book, but it does say that the photos are of these schools. but nobody knows if the photos were taken in one of these schools or another school? I ask because I'm researching this book at this time. can someone help me please? thanks
