Survival Starvation
Do disabled children who are over the age of puberty go to Jinnah?
I was reading an article about this 14 year old girl with CP(Cerebal Palsy) and she died of starvation. It doesn’t mention what religion she was, but she was dependant on her mother for survival and well, she died. So I’m just wondering if ALLAH(Subhanna wa ta’ala) lets disabled children over the age of puberty go to Jinnah, or does it only apply if they are Muslim disabled children? I posted this in Ramadan because I was interested in an Islamic/Muslim opinion on this, because ever since I read this story, for some reason I keep thinking about where this dead girl will go.
It seems she cannot even move and her parents basically left over to die; she was murdered. Also she’s disabled to the point she can’t think for herself (it seems this way), then yes of course and God is most-forgiving and most-just.
