The words are so important. They form the basis of our human language and are in large part on how we communicate with each other. But what about communication with ourselves? Here the words become more important because they reinforce our beliefs and even our reality.

As a professor of law of attraction and coach, I constantly reminded my students and clients to choose their words of wisdom. The words you choose, the time talking loudly or echoed in the recesses of our minds tell us much about our true emotions and beliefs. Also part of the messages you are sending to the Universe, which is then reflected back to us, as demonstrations.

If our words are contradicted stated our desires then we may be disappointed when we saying things that do not want. Case in point: its stated desire is to have a beach body ready for summer. However, every time you look in the mirror frown with disgust and comments on how it is loose. And when you go shopping you complain to your friends how you never see either in this or that. What message this sends the Universe? (Hint – it does not "get rid of this body in shape for summer!")

Here's the thing. The Universe responds more strongly to the constant stream of data that went out. So if you put in a request to have a beach body ready when the other 10 million words are about how you look ill have to wait that the Universe will respond giving you more than you think you want – give a bad image.

So How to change this? The first step paying attention to the words I use, especially when talking to himself. If those words are not supported then its time to get to some new phrases and stories about what they want. Everything is in the words – choose the good:)
