World Cycle Survival

Is it possible to live as a penniless wanderer, traveling around the world, so to speak?

How does one cut down the dependence on one’s fellow man to a very minimum, yet still afford to travel the world as aforementioned? As of late, I have been wearied by this vicious cycle i’ve been stuck in for most of my life, of working for and living solely under the wing of an institution, without being able to travel the world learning languages as I have always wanted. Isn’t there a way to toss aside my shackles? Of course, I don’t have very many material attachments; the basic requisites of survival, those loathsome daily necessities, as well as my few beloved language books, are all I think I would need. Thank you all for your time and patience.

i want to do this when i’m older.
